Jim and Barbara Brubaker, Owners, Broker Jim and Barbara have been real estate professionals since 1976. Jim managed one of the largest local real estate firms in Southern California. His primary roles were to instruct, teach and develop new agents as well as supervise 50 to 60 agents and their transactions. His current position is marketing and development manager. Barbara was awarded the G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation in 1978. She also received her Brokers license in 1989. In recent years, Barbara has overseen the escrow division at 1% Homeseller, Inc. Both Jim and Barbara have their college degrees in Allied Health and have been married for 34 years. They have 3 married sons and 5 grandchildren. They spend their leisure time with family and friends. Susan Shoecraft, Executive Assistant Susan joined the 1% Homeseller, Inc. real estate team in 1999. Being the first contact person when calling the office, Susan makes everyone feel right at ease. “I love being a part of such a successful team here at 1% Homeseller. Everyone in the office works together to see that the clients are taken care of with the highest level of professionalism,” says Susan. Susan married Eric 36 years ago. They have two children and 5 grandchildren.
